Refund policy
How cancelling works, when you can get your money back, and your legal rights.
Cancel any time
You can cancel Premium whenever you like in the app, from Profile → Plan and billing → Cancel subscription: one click and one confirmation. You can also cancel through the link in your Paddle receipt, at paddle.net, or by emailing us. Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for and you won't be charged again. Until then you can resume with one click.
Refunds
Subscription payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or Paddle grants one under its own refund policy. Cancelling stops future payments but doesn't refund the current period.
Paddle.com is our reseller and the merchant of record for every order, so Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy apply to your purchase and take precedence over this page where they differ. Under its policy, Paddle may, at its discretion, refund a payment if you ask within 14 days of it; asking within that time doesn't guarantee a refund, and the decision is Paddle's.
Your 14-day right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)
Consumers in the UK and EU normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content and get their money back. Premium starts as soon as you subscribe: at checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that, once Premium has been made available to you, you lose this right. Paddle's checkout collects that consent. So once your Premium access has started, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies to that payment.
If you didn't give that consent, or the law where you live gives you more, those rights still apply: Paddle handles them as described in its refund policy.
If something is wrong with Premium
Your statutory rights are not affected. If Premium is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, UK consumer law (the Consumer Rights Act 2015) entitles you to a repair or replacement, and if we can't fix it within a reasonable time, to some or all of your money back. Consumers elsewhere have similar rights under their local law. Tell us first so we can put it right; Paddle refunds valid claims under consumer law. Our terms also say when we refund the unused part of a subscription (for example, if we stop offering Premium).
What happens after a refund
A full refund ends the subscription: Premium switches off straight away and you won't be charged again. Your account, progress and the free subjects stay as they are. A chargeback has the same effect, so please contact us or Paddle first.
How to ask
Email bradley.fowler123@gmail.com from the address on your account, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
